These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of old gold and silver items (coins, bars, and jewellery) by a customer ("Customer", "you", "your") to MMTC-PAMP India Private Limited ("MMTC-PAMP", "Company", "we", "us", "our") under its Buyback Scheme, offered through MMTC-PAMP Exclusive Stores / Purity Verification Centres and the website www.mmtcpamp.com/sell-old-gold (the "Buyback Scheme"). By initiating a request, visiting a store, or submitting the online enquiry form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• "Buyback Scheme" means the offer made by MMTC-PAMP to purchase old/used gold and silver coins, bars, and jewellery from Customers in exchange for a monetary payout, subject to verification and valuation, applicable deductions, and these Terms.
• "Purity Verification Centre" or "MMTC-PAMP Exclusive Store" means an authorised physical outlet of MMTC-PAMP to provide the Buyback for accepting, testing, verification and valuation of Items presented by Customers under the Buyback Scheme. For the avoidance of doubt, the Buyback Scheme may not be available at all MMTC-PAMP locations.
• "Item(s)" means gold or silver coins, bars, or jewellery as may be accepted by the Company and presented by the Customer for sale under the Buyback Scheme.
• "XRF Testing" means X-Ray Fluorescence testing used by MMTC-PAMP to determine the elemental purity/composition of an Item. The results of such testing, together with the weight and other applicable parameters, may be used by MMTC-PAMP for valuation of the Item.
• "Buyback Rate" means the rate determined by MMTC-PAMP for valuing the relevant gold or silver content of an Item at the time of appraisal based on MMTC-PAMP's applicable market-linked valuation methodology, including the applicable metal rate and purity of the Item, as determined by MMTC-PAMP from time to time.
• "Buyback Type" means the category applicable to the Item for valuation purposes, including an MMTC-PAMP branded product or a Non-MMTC-PAMP product, as determined under these Terms.
• "Company Representative" means an employee or other duly authorised representative of MMTC-PAMP who is authorised to conduct or facilitate the appraisal, verification, testing, valuation, or processing of an Item under the Buyback Scheme at a Purity Verification Centre or MMTC-PAMP Exclusive Store.
• "Final Buyback Value" means the final amount determined by MMTC-PAMP for the Item after completion of the applicable weighing, melting, testing, verification and valuation process and after applying any applicable deductions, adjustments, charges or statutory deductions, as applicable.
• "Net Eligible Metal Weight" means the weight of eligible gold or silver content determined by MMTC-PAMP after taking into account verified purity and, where applicable, excluding stones, gemstones, lac, enamel, other non-metal components or other materials not eligible for valuation.

MMTC-PAMP accepts the Items for buyback, subject to applicable documentation, physical inspection and verification at a MMTC-PAMP Exclusive Store / Purity Verification Centre. The details are available at https://www.mmtcpamp.com/store-locator.

Items may be either MMTC-PAMP branded products or Non-MMTC-PAMP products; the applicable Buyback Rate and process may differ between these two categories, as determined by MMTC-PAMP at the time of appraisal. MMTC Limited's branded products shall be treated as Non-MMTC-PAMP products for the purposes of the Buyback.

To qualify for the buyback, the Customer must present eligible Items meeting or exceeding the minimum net weight threshold of ten grams (10g) for Gold and one hundred grams (100g) for Silver per individual transaction. MMTC-PAMP reserves the right to decline any appraisal or buyback request where the applicable minimum threshold is not met.

• Visit: The Customer must visit a designated MMTC-PAMP Exclusive Store / Purity Verification Centre where the Buyback Scheme is available in person to sell an Item. The details of all such stores or centres are available on the website of the Company. The Buyback Scheme is not completed remotely; online enquiry forms and the online price calculator are intended only to facilitate an initial connection with a store/centre or provide indicative information and do not constitute an offer, quotation, valuation, or confirmation by the Company to purchase any item.
• Indicative Quotations: The Company Representative shall communicate the applicable Buyback Rate(s) for the relevant Buyback Type, as applicable, on the date and time of appraisal. Any rate, value, estimate or quotation provided before physical appraisal and completion of applicable testing is indicative only and may change based on the actual weight, purity, composition, authenticity, Buyback Type and other characteristics determined during the appraisal process.
• Documentation: The Customer must provide valid identity proof (typically Aadhaar or Voter ID card or Driving License or Passport), PAN Card and a cancelled cheque or equivalent proof for bank transfer, along with any other documents MMTC-PAMP may reasonably require to comply with applicable law, including anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer (KYC) norms. The Item shall proceed to verification only after the required documentation has been satisfactorily verified.
• Consent requirements for Item Verification & Melting process: The Customer shall furnish to the Company a written consent in the format as annexed hereto to determine the final buyback value of the Item and thereafter the Item shall undergo physical inspection, melting & weighing and applicable testing including XRF technology, an industry-standard process, to ascertain purity and composition. The entire process is recorded via CCTV to maintain security, transparency and record the transaction.
• Once the gold or silver has been melted, the Customer shall have no right to demand, claim, or seek restoration of the original shape, design, form, or physical condition of the deposited gold or silver item. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that, upon melting, the original form of the article shall be deemed irrevocably altered and cannot be reinstated or returned in its original condition.
• MMTC-PAMP Branded Products: For MMTC-PAMP branded products, the Customer should keep the original packaging and Certicard, where applicable, intact and untampered. If the packaging is tampered with, opened or destroyed, the Item may be subjected to melting and testing. If, following applicable verification, the Item satisfies the relevant MMTC-PAMP product specifications and can be matched with the applicable Certicard/product records, MMTC-PAMP may treat it as an MMTC-PAMP branded product. Otherwise, it shall be treated as a Non-MMTC-PAMP product for determination of the applicable Buyback Rate.
• Valuation: The Item shall be valued in accordance with Section 6 below based on the prevailing Buyback Rate applicable on the date and time of appraisal at the store, taking into account purity, weight, and Buyback Type (MMTC-PAMP product or Non-MMTC-PAMP product). The Final Buyback Value shall be determined after completion of the applicable weighing, melting, testing, verification and valuation process and shall be reflected in the valuation report generated by MMTC-PAMP's system.
• Payout: Upon the Customer's signing the acceptance of the final buyback value, the determined amount is transferred to the Customer's bank account as per the details of the cancelled cheque furnished to the Company. Payouts are made only by bank transfer, in the name of the Customer whose identity documents and bank account have been verified. The payment shall be made to the Customer after deduction of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) wherever applicable as per the Income Tax Act, 2025.

The online Gold & Silver Calculator available on the Buyback page of the Company's website is provided for informational purposes only. It is intended to provide an indicative calculation based on the inputs entered by the Customer and reflects the current highest melt value of gold or silver based on the purity and weight entered by the Customer and does not constitute a payment estimate, quotation, or offer of any kind.

The actual Final Buyback Value payable to the Customer will be determined only after full physical appraisal of the Item at a Purity Verification Centre / MMTC-PAMP Exclusive Store, including applicable melting & testing, and other verification procedures and may differ materially from any figure shown by the online calculator. MMTC-PAMP shall not be liable for any difference between the indicative calculator value and the final Buyback Value.

• The Customer must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into the transaction.
• The Customer represents and warrants that they are the lawful owner of the Item(s) being sold, or are duly authorised by the lawful owner to sell the same, and that the Item(s) are free from any lien, encumbrance, theft, claim or other legal defect in title.
• MMTC-PAMP may refuse or suspend a transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect defective title, unlawful origin, fraud, counterfeit/inauthentic material or non-compliance with applicable law, and where required by applicable law, MMTC-PAMP may report such instances to the appropriate authorities.
• The Customer shall be responsible for providing accurate information and documentation concerning the ownership and provenance of the Item(s).

• The Buyback Rate is determined by MMTC-PAMP based on prevailing market-linked valuation methodology for gold/silver and may fluctuate from time to time without prior notice. The applicable Buyback Rate shall be the rate prevailing at the time of appraisal of the relevant Item and shall be communicated to the Customer by the Company Representative before the Customer accepts the final buyback value and proceeds with the sale.
• The value of an Item shall be determined based on the applicable Buyback Rate, verified weight and purity of the eligible gold and/or silver content, Buyback Type and such other parameters as may be applicable under MMTC-PAMP's valuation methodology.
• Valuation of jewellery and other non-standard Items accounts only for the metal content as determined by XRF testing; no value is separately attributed to gemstones, embellishments, craftsmanship, brand, or design unless expressly stated by MMTC-PAMP in these Terms.
• Net Eligible Metal Weight and purity shall be determined by MMTC-PAMP using its applicable weighing, melting & testing and verification procedures. Weight attributable to stones, gemstones, lac, enamel, other non-metal components or other materials not eligible for valuation may be excluded.
• Gross Buyback Value: Where applicable, the gross value may be determined using the following methodology: Gross Buyback Value = Net Eligible Metal Weight × Metal Gold/Silver Purity × Applicable Buyback Rate.
• The Final Buyback Value may be subject to applicable deductions, adjustments, charges, taxes or statutory deductions, if any, in accordance with the applicable Buyback Scheme terms and applicable law.
• The final buyback value provided by the Company's representative is final and binding once accepted by the Customer and confirms the sale. MMTC-PAMP is under no obligation to purchase an Item if the Customer does not accept the final buyback value.
• Where the Customer opts and MMTC-PAMP agrees to exchange the value of the Item(s) for MMTC-PAMP gold/silver products instead of a payout, such exchange shall be subject to MMTC-PAMP's consent, product availability, prevailing product purchase terms and pricing, taxes and other charges prevailing at the time of exchange. Such exchange shall not be available unless expressly offered and accepted by MMTC-PAMP.
• In the event that the Customer disputes or does not accept the prescribed purity of the metal determined after melting and testing, and wishes to reclaim the melted metal, the Company shall return the melted metal to the Customer. Since the testing and melting is being performed by MMTC-PAMP for its own valuation to compute the value of the metal, no report will be provided to customers in this respect.
• In case the Customer wants a purity testing report, the same shall be provided to the Customer upon payment of a Purity Verification (service) charge of ₹3,000 + 18% GST.
• MMTC-PAMP reserves the right to amend, update, or modify the purity verification charge at any time without prior notice.

The Customer agrees to furnish accurate and valid identity, address, tax and bank account proof documents as may be required by MMTC-PAMP and other applicable regulatory requirements from time to time. MMTC-PAMP reserves the right to decline or hold a transaction, delay payout, or seek additional documentation where submitted documents are incomplete, illegible, inconsistent, or otherwise unsatisfactory. All documents and personal information collected shall be used solely for the purposes of completing the buyback and complying with applicable laws and handled in accordance with MMTC-PAMP's Privacy Policy.

• Payment shall be made only via electronic transfer to a bank account held in the name of the Customer (or the authorised seller, where applicable) after successful verification of documents and completion of the transaction at the store.
• The payment shall be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) wherever applicable as per the Income Tax Act, 2025.
• Payout shall be processed after the Customer accepts the Final Buyback Value, required documentation is verified, and the transaction is completed.
• MMTC-PAMP shall endeavour to process payouts promptly; however, actual time for credit may be subject to banking/payment system processing times and other factors beyond MMTC-PAMP's reasonable control and are not guaranteed to be instantaneous in every case.
• Any taxes, statutory deductions, reporting obligations or other amounts required to be withheld or reported under applicable law shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable law. The Customer shall provide such tax information and documents as may reasonably be required.

By submitting any enquiry, using a calculator, request-a-callback form, or otherwise engaging with the Buyback, the Customer expressly consents and authorises MMTC-PAMP and its associates/partners to contact the Customer via call and/or SMS on the registered mobile number for purposes connected with the Buyback, and consents to such communication overriding the Customer's existing registration on the National Do Not Call Registry (DNCR)/NCPR, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MMTC-PAMP's liability in connection with the completed Buyback, where legally permissible, shall be limited to the actual payout amount determined and accepted for the specific transaction, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
• MMTC-PAMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss arising from fluctuations in gold/silver market rates between the time of the Customer's enquiry or indicative quotations and the date/time of physical appraisal.
• MMTC-PAMP shall not be responsible for any Item(s) left at a store without following the Company's prescribed process, or for Items whose ownership/title is later disputed by a third party.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law requires to remain unaffected.

Testing and appraisal of Items take place under CCTV surveillance at the Purity Verification Centre or MMTC-PAMP Exclusive Stores for the safety, security, transparency and transaction record of both parties subject to applicable law. Customers should carry Items securely and retain any receipt, token, or acknowledgment or other transaction record issued by the store until the transaction and payout are completed. Customers should not leave Items at a store except through the Company's prescribed process and against an appropriate acknowledgement or receipt.

MMTC-PAMP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to accept any Item for buyback, or to cancel/withdraw a transaction before completion including where:

• required documentation or KYC information is not furnished or cannot be satisfactorily verified;
• the Item does not meet the applicable eligibility or minimum weight requirements;
• testing raises concerns regarding purity, higher limit of toxic elements, authenticity, composition, ownership or legal compliance; the Item is suspected to be stolen, unlawfully sourced, counterfeit, altered or otherwise subject to a legal or compliance concern; or
• the transaction cannot be completed in accordance with MMTC-PAMP's applicable procedures or applicable law.
• Any indicative rate or quotation may be withdrawn or revised before the Customer accepts the Final Buyback Value.

MMTC-PAMP reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Terms in force at the time of a Customer's visit to the store for a transaction shall govern that transaction. Customers are advised to review these Terms periodically and specifically before proceeding with a transaction. Any revised Terms shall be made available through the Company's website and/or otherwise communicated as required by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Buyback Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
